Daniela Pepe joined the Law Offices of Stephen Bialkowski, LLC, in 2016 and focuses her practice on commercial and residential construction litigation, New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act and Home Improvement Practice violations, construction debt collection, real estate transactions, landlord-tenant litigation, contract review and settlement negotiations. 

Ms. Pepe graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she distinguished herself as an Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and was later elected to the Seton Hall Law Review Executive Board as a Comments Editor.  Ms. Pepe began her legal career as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Susan J. Steele, J.S.C. (retired) in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Bergen County.  Throughout law school she worked primarily in medical malpractice at Blume Forte Fried Zerres & Molinari, PC, as a law clerk to Carol L. Forte, Esq. 

Ms. Pepe returned to the Bergen County Superior Court after graduation, where she served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Susan J. Steele, P.J.Cr., (retired) in the Criminal Division.  As Judge Steele's law clerk, Ms. Pepe primarily researched and analyzed legal issues before the court and drafted judicial opinions.  Most notably, Ms. Pepe was instrumental in researching and drafting a 109-page judicial opinion which raised a constitutional issue in a high-profile case of first impression in August 2016. 

During her clerkship, Ms. Pepe also completed mediator training and routinely mediated small claims and special civil cases.
